1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MILITANT, you agree to comply with these terms of service. MILITANT is a self-managed and community project, governed by principles of horizontality and mutual respect.
2. Governance and Moderation
Moderation on MILITANT is carried out by the community itself. Decisions are made by consensus or qualified majority vote.
- Any user can report inappropriate content.
- Sanctions are decided collectively.
- Technical administrators are facilitators and not leaders.
3. User Behavior
We encourage constructive debate and militant organizing. However, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, and all forms of discrimination.
- Harassment and threats.
- Disclosure of personal data (doxing).
- Spam and malicious activities.
4. Liability
MILITANT is a technical platform. Each user is responsible for the content they publish. The project cannot be held responsible for the individual actions of its members.
5. Changes to Terms
These terms may be modified by the community through the collective decision-making processes put in place on the platform.
